Event Stationery Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Dolly and Moo, thank you for visiting. This website is operated and managed by Dolly and Moo (ABN 91522472994). The below Terms and Conditions apply when enquiring about and purchasing event stationery.

General Terms

  • When you submit an Event Stationery Enquiry Form, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions specified in this document.

  • The design process may be documented on social media should you agree to us sharing.

  • The completed design may be documented on social media should you agree to us sharing.

  • Prices are subject to change at the owners discretion.

  • Dolly and Moo has the right to reject any order placed that does not align with company values.

  • Designs by Dolly and Moo are intended for private use only. If you require a design for commercial purposes, please enquire via email to hello@dollyandmoo.com.au

Payment

  • Currency accepted is AUD (Australian Dollars).

  • Payments for Event Stationery will be accepted via invoice, which will be sent through email, payable with debit/credit cards.

  • To commence design work, a 25% deposit must be paid.

  • To commence printing and production, the BALANCE must be paid once the drafts are finalised.

  • There is a printing, postage and handling flat fee added to every order placed.

Process and Delivery

  • Enquiry form is filled out by the client.

  • A mood board and detailed quote is delivered to client for their perusal.

  • The turnaround time for design work will be discussed prior to commencement depending on availability of Dolly and Moo, and deadlines required by client.

  • Once the quote is accepted, a 25% deposit will be due, along with the signing of a design contract.

  • Design work will commence and drafts to be sent through for approval.

  • Each initial draft per product ordered gets 2 revisions. Any further edits incur an extra cost.

  • Once final draft is approved, the balance remaining will be due.

  • Once the balance is paid, printing and production will commence. There are no further changes allowed once this point is reached.

  • All stationery items will be delivered to the customer address specified.

Copyright and Usage Policy

I, Eloise Martyn (the artist), claim the rights to the produced artwork, therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for promotion, publishing and sharing online, print, website, social media, marketing platforms at my discretion.

The buyer is allowed to:

  • Use the commissioned piece for personal use only unless agreed otherwise (use on social media profiles is allowed)

  • Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.

  • Use the artwork for self promotion (social media profile photos, marketing content)

The following is considered copyright infringement:

  • Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially

  • Claiming the artwork as your own

  • Altering the artwork without my consent

Dolly and Moo reserves the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the order commencing.

Customer Satisfaction?

Your experience with Dolly and Moo is important! You can make changes anytime during the design process, but NOT after the final images have been approved and sent to you. Some points in the Terms and Conditions can be discussed prior to commencing design work. If your order has been shipped and it does not arrive, gets lost, or arrives damaged please contact Dolly and Moo via email.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

The client is not entitled to a refund if:

  • They cancel their order after payment has been made

  • They have a change of mind

  • The completed stationery has been digitally delivered

  • The completed stationery has been printed and shipped

  • They claim the stationery arrived damaged but can’t provide proof of damage

The client is entitled to a full refund if:

  • I am unable to start or finish the event stationery

  • They cancel their order before any payment has been made

  • I am unable to deliver the stationery in time due to unforseen circumstances

Damaged/Missing Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please send clear proof (a photo) to hello@dollyandmoo.com.au and options of re-sending or tracking your package will be provided,

Damaged/Missing Goods include:

  • Water damage

  • Ripped items

  • Missing items in order

  • Missing/stolen full order

Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. All personal information collected via www.dollyandmoo.com.au will not be used for anything other than ordering and marketing purposes if you choose to opt in. For more information on Privacy - please see our full terms here.

Policy Changes

Dolly and Moo reserve the right to amend and change the pricing, terms and conditions and privacy information as they see fit, and at any time.
